During this COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic we have moved all 121 therapy and events online.

We have also made a majority of our events free or by donation only to help support those who have been affected financially by this pandemic.

 

Welford Wellbeing believes that finances should not present a hurdle to getting help with your mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. This is why we've always offered free events and resources via the podcast, youtube and our social channels.
