This year the Mental Health Foundation are focusing on Stress for Mental Health Awareness Week. A week close to my heart due to my own struggles with stress, anxiety, and depression.


They have decided to focus on stress this year as they say, "research has shown that two thirds of us experience a mental health problem in our lifetimes, and stress is a key factor in this. By tackling stress, we can go a long way to tackle mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, and, in some instances, self-harm and suicide. We will look at how we can tackle stress and help improve our mental health."


With this in mind, I've created a free 7 day De-Stress challenge to see if we can improve your stress levels in just 7 days.
