Although my system is simple, the work can be challenging. I have helped many people to change their lives but you need to be ready to face yourself and transform, this may mean changing jobs, setting boundaries and doing deep emotional work. You will need at least an hour a week (ideally two) and approximately £300 per month to work with me one to one.

A. AWESOME AWARENESS
Great you made it this far, that means you're ready to take control!

Owning your mental health is one of the most powerful things you can do.
​
Step 1. Acknowledging the issues & building self-awareness. Awesome awareness is the first step. This is what has enabled me to stop "suffering" with my mental health and start REALLY living despite my diagnosis.
​
2. BADASS BRAVERY
Step 2. You have to be brave now. It's a brave new world out there when you start waking up and you're gonna have to make some changes. Your thoughts, programming and behaviour patterns will all need to change and this will take courage and practise.
Don't worry I have your back! I will help you build confidence, release limiting thoughts and beliefs and build boundaries.
3. COMPASSIONATE CHANGE
Step 3. Now you are aware of the issues, yourself, your environment and of others. You have built up a new found confidence and some badass bravery...so what are you gonna do with it?
CHANGE (argh it's scary that word isn't it!) not if you add compassion to it. It's highly likely you will need to compassionately correct your course of direction a few times before you get it right, but guess what? I have hacks for that and you will have support.
4. RINSE AND REPEAT
Feeling good is infectious. As you grow those around you will grow too.
This is not a quick fix, this is a complete overhaul of you, your emotions and your life.
If you put into practise the tools I will teach you I can guarantee you will get results! A happier, more relaxed life is in your reach now, just rinse and repeat what you have learned.
