I offer a tune up clinic once a month or more in-depth 121 energy work.

Step 1 is to decide you are really ready to get to work. I like to work with people in a simple, gentle and effective way in order to help them release negative thoughts and emotions, re-program their minds to a more positive outlook and release stuck energy thats keeping them in the past. 

 

Although I can help you to heal from past hurts and realise your inner power and potential, I can not do the work for you. You need to be ready to work together to move forward. I promise I can help you master your mind, soothe your soul and reclaim your life... if you're ready.

2. BOOK A CALL BACK

Step 2. You've decided nows the time. You want to get rid of your negative thoughts. No more procrastination, no more waking up and dreading the day, no more living for the weekend and feeling empty and unfulfilled. This is your time! You're tired of feeling this way and are ready for some help.

 

Don't worry I have your back!

I will help you build confidence, release limiting thoughts and beliefs and build super strong boundaries.

3. MEET ONCE A WEEK

Step 3. Once we have discussed your needs and made sure we are the right fit to work together, we will begin to meet once a week. Working together to help you regain your confidence, explore what's getting in your way and release negative thoughts, patterns, emotions and beliefs to allow you to feel lighter, mentally stronger and more confident.

*Please note I recommend no less than 8-12 treatments as a starting point with EFT

4. RINSE AND REPEAT

Step 4. Feeling good is infectious. As you heal and grow those around you will too. 

This is not a quick fix, this is a complete overhaul of you, your thoughts, your emotions and your life.

Although tapping is simple, the work can be challenging, often including deep emotional work. I have helped many people to change their lives but you need to be ready. You will need at least an hour a week for our sessions together and approximately £300 per month  to work with me one to one.

2. BOOK A CALL BACK

Step 2. Energy work is a very personal and sacred work. With this in mind I like to speak with all potential clients before working together to make sure we're a good fit. 

3. RINSE AND REPEAT

Coming for one energy treatment is great but having regular treatments is where you really see and notice the difference. A bit like going to the gym. If you go once you feel good for the next few days, if you go every week for a few months you really reap the benefits. 

 

Before I came to Rachael's gong bath, I was busy and stressed out! I was conscious of time and feeling too wired to relax. It was a beautifully run gong bath. Really relaxing, gentle and healing. 1. CHOOSE

Step 1 is to choose if you would like a 121 private session or to join a group gong bath.

Whats the difference? I'm glad you asked :-) 

With a 121 treatment we will work privately just the two of us. I will use gong, singing bowls and bells alongside energy to help clear the body, mind and soul of any blockages and stagnant energy.

In a group setting you will experience the sound with a group (usually between 6 -30 people depending on the event).

Step 2. Once you have decided between 121 or group setting. Simply click below and book a call back to confirm your appointment or visit my events page and book a ticket to a group event. 

3. RINSE AND REPEAT

As with most things the more you do it the more benefits you notice. I would recommend coming for group or 121 treatment once per month to really begin to see the shifts.
