This is the time of year when we're all beginning to look at what our plans are for 2020.  The time of year you may hear people saying things like, "2020 is going to be my year." and "Just you wait and see, I am going to nail it in 2020." and "Diet starts 1st Jan!".

 

So much excitement and promise....

 

Let's face it come January 19th all the best intentions go out the window, habits go back to what they were the year before and everything stays the same.

 

Why is that?! It's so frustrating right! 

 

Well there's a few reasons. 

  • You didn't have a clear plan of what you really wanted.

  • Your intentions weren't in alignment with what you truly want.

  • You didn't have enough support or anyone to hold you accountable to what you promised yourself. 

This new year is 2020, so it's not only a new year, but a new decade, a perfect time to start something new, wipe the slate clean and really go for your dreams, no matter what they are. That's why I wanted to create the RRR20 workbook to help:

  • Take off the pressure

  • Get you in alignment with what you really, truly desire

  • Provide support and accountability to help you achieve what you want. 


The new RRR20 is out now! The workbook is new and improved with revised questions and a step by step guide on how to do a release ritual too. 

One thing I've learnt through my healing journey is how important it is to:

  • Review where you are and where you want to be. 

  • Release all fear, anger, hatred and other low vibe emotions which will inevitably block you from moving forward. 

  • Renew - remember you can always start again! You're never stuck where you are and you can always choose again... oh and having a plan to follow is a good idea.

 

..... there is a 4 actually.... 

  • Support!  We all need support. Yes it's true WE have to do the work to heal and grow but we can not do this work alone. I have no doubt that without my awesome friends and family and the support of my varied selection of therapists, I would not have healed as fast as I did.
