In order to create the best experience for yourself at home I recommend the following:
- Give yourself time to download the Zoom software if you've not done so already.
- Create a warm, comfortable and safe space for yourself to experience. You can lie down and have a blanket over you to keep you warm. You may even want an eye mask.
- Listen through headphones or a speaker if possible as inbuilt speakers in laptops/ phone etc... may not give you the range you need for the full gong sounds to translate
- Make sure you are on mute when you join the zoom room. In the bottom left-hand corner of your screen, there should be a microphone. Make sure it is set to off. You should be muted on entry but just in case.

In order to create the best experience for yourself at home I recommend the following:

Each week Rachael spends this hour dedicated to sharing tools which will enable you to feel empowered about your mental wellbeing in these uncertain times. Using a variety of tried and tested techniques Rachael will help you to free yourself from fear, alleviate anxiety and put an end to pandemic panic. Expect tools such as Meditation, EFT Tapping, Guided Journaling, Energy Work and Positive Psychology Techniques. You'll leave each session feeling restored and empowered.

Chakra Chanting Gong Bath

This is no ordinary gong event. We will work together to connect to and balance the 7 main energy centres (chakra) in your body. Using mantra (sound) and mudras we will help you realign the energy centres of the body before using the sound of gong to take you deeper in your meditation and healing. These powerful chakra meditations which I will share use mudras, which are special hand positions, and chanting to open the chakras. The mudras have the power to send more energy to particular chakras and the chanting will enhance the effects through sound vibrations. When chanted the mantra will cause resonance that you can feel in the energy centre you’re focusing on. 

 

Please note we will all be chanting together out loud, (I will guide you through this so if you’ve never done it before don’t worry - I’ve got you!) make sure you’re in a space where you are happy to make sounds it is important we can create resonance and that doesn’t happen in silence. Remember as the event is on zoom, no one will be able to hear you :-) 

 

If you are a Clear Club Member you will receive free entry from 7 pm so please don’t purchase a ticket.
